In a new season, there seems to be more excitement and more powerful events. When the shuttle passes through the corridors with an Ionic storm, Polana Torres is seriously injured and slips into a coma. She imagines Clingons killing her colleagues and crew, then finds herself on the dead Barge as she travels to Grithor, the Clingon version of Hell. Before the dream ends her mother appears on board with the rest of the damned souls. When she regains consciousness in my illness, she suffers from a crisis of faith. Despite the support of the friends of 'Elbelna' convinced that her mother is dead and suffering from shame because her daughter has never embraced her.
